Who is responsible
The controller of your data is Bartosz Lipiński, trading as Vivid Coding. Contact: contact@vividcoding.eu.
What I collect
Only what you send in the contact form or by email: your name, email address, business name and message.
Why
To reply to your enquiry and, if we decide to work together, to prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Who else sees it
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Form messages are delivered to my inbox, and a confirmation is sent to you, by Resend, an e-mail delivery service. Both act on my instructions only. I do not sell or share your data.
How long
Up to 12 months after our last contact, unless we sign a contract, in which case the law on accounting records applies.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking or advertising scripts.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data, object to processing and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Poland: UODO).
