One chore automated, an hour a day back

A finished job becomes an invoice, a booking lands in your calendar, a new review gets a draft reply for you to approve. One flow, built around the way you already work, running on your own account with no monthly licence.

Who it is for

  • Tradesperson or installer

Job done, photos taken, a tap on the phone: the invoice is drafted in Fakturownia or Bexio, the customer gets it by e-mail, and the job is marked as invoiced.

  • Restaurant or venue

A booking from the site lands in the calendar, the customer gets a confirmation, the kitchen gets a daily list. Nobody copies anything between systems.

  • Anyone with Google reviews

A new review arrives, a draft reply appears in your inbox, you approve or edit it with one click, and it is posted. Every review answered within a day.

How it works

  1. We pick one process

The chore that costs the most time and brings no money. Not five processes: one, done well, with a clear start and a clear end.

  2. I map how it works today

Where the information starts, where it is copied, who waits for whom. Usually there are three or four steps that a machine should do.

  3. I build the flow in a week

Triggers, checks and the steps in between, with a human decision wherever money or a customer is involved. You see it work on real data before launch.

  4. You approve, it runs

Every run is logged; you get a short message when something needs your eye. Changes within 48 hours as part of the care plan.

What you get

  • One flow built around your real process, not a template
  • Connections to the systems you already use
  • A human approval step wherever money or a customer is involved
  • A log of every run and a message when something needs you
  • Runs on your own account; nothing to install
  • Documentation in plain language, so anyone can take over

What it connects to

Invoicing through Fakturownia, KSeF, Bexio or any system with an API; calendars through Google Calendar and Outlook; e-mail and SMS gateways; Google Business Profile for reviews; spreadsheets for anything that lives there today. Closed systems without an API can only be linked, and I say so before quoting.

What it costs

A fixed price in writing after we have mapped the process together, before any work starts. The flow runs on your own Cloudflare account with no licence; the services it connects to keep their own prices. Optional monthly care covers monitoring, changes within 48 hours and a check every quarter that the flow still matches how you work.

Questions about this tool

What if the process changes?

Processes do change, and the flow is built with that in mind: the steps are described in plain language and each one can be changed on its own. Small changes are part of the monthly care plan and are done within 48 hours. A new process is a new fixed price, usually smaller than the first, because the connections already exist.

Does it need an account on Zapier or Make?

No. The flow runs on your own Cloudflare account, which costs nothing at the volume of a small business, and it does not depend on a middleman that charges per task. You keep the code and the documentation; any developer can take it over. Where a ready-made connector saves money, I say so.

Which process should I start with?

The one you do by hand every day and could describe to a new employee in two minutes. Invoicing after a job, bookings into the calendar and review replies are the usual first choices, because the saving is visible within a week. We find it together in the first conversation: that part is free.
